Most of the stamps from 1958 are pretty straightforward to attain. The exceptions are the 3 stamps which also came in perf. 12 instead of perf. 13.5. Perf 13.5 was standard for PH B8, PH B9 and also PH 646. Information on print quantities and the reason why these stamps were perforated at 12 instead of 13.5 still remains elusive. The perf. 12 variants can be more of a challenge to collect but don’t seem to be overly more expensive than the perf. 13.5 stamps. The Scott catalog identifies these as PH B8a, PH B9a and PH 646a.
