Postage Stamp Art – Transportation

I was feeling creative one day and wondered what I could do with some spare postage stamps. I decided that I didn’t want to ruin the stamps (no cutting, gluing, etc.). I’ve seen some people who have covered globes and other items and these look really cool – but, once again I didn’t want to destroy any stamps. Here’s the finished product and my first ever postage stamp art project.

I thought it would be fun to marry famous Filipinos with different modes of transport. I simply call this set “Transportation”.

I think they’re super cute. They would be a great addition to a children’s bedroom. Not bad for a first attempt at this.
